Good evening! Coming out of hibernation to say Hello and give an update! So a couple weeks ago I had my stint put in to help keep everything flowing from my kidney. Well what I thought was going to be an easy peasy situation turned out to be a pretty painful ordeal. My body decided to reject the stint, and proudly let me known it along with some other side effects…Thankfully that has passed and I will have a ultrasound next week to make sure it’s all working…the unfortunate thing is this has to be replaced at the latest every 3 months… like I said above, I’ve been hibernating..the chemo cause me to be super sensitive to cold and I’m not really having “good weeks” anymore where the sensation subsides…taste wise I have like 2 days touch I don’t have any… so needless to say I’ve lost some energy and having a hard time just doing my usual activities…I think once our warm weather arrives, it will be just what I need to get myself back!!
So chemo Monday and Ultrasound Thursday of next week. All in all I’m hanging in there and as always I appreciate the messages, texts, calls, prayers and well wishes!!
