Hey all just wanted to stop in for a quick update…so starting Thursday I broke out into hives, Friday woke up with a fever and chills. Went to the doctor and she sent me directly over to the hospital. So I stayed the night and just saw the doctor and I have pneumonia in my left lung and possible inflamed gallbladder..I go for an ultrasound of that around 2:30. Good evening! So today was chemo day! We had a bright and early appt to get it done and out of the way!! They put me in a room with a bed and let’s just say I took a long nap…so sorry to my trusty sidekick, Brad, he just watched TV and listened to me snore lol. So on to my my white blood cell count, it has improved just barely over the safe level so they proceeded with chemo. Hopefully…
Good afternoon:) so with mixed emotions my chemo was cancelled..I hate a delay in treatment but I’m a little happy to not have chemo! At the beginning of my session I always start with blood work and if everything looks good they proceed with treatment..so far I’ve always had good blood work but today my white blood cells were at the line of dangerously low.. so I will resume next week. Good morning with a quick update! As you know I have been in the hospital:( I had a procedure and they removed 2 4mm gallstones out of the duct…who knew that would cause all of that pain?? Anyways I’m like a new person! I have had a fabulous staff of nurses but one special nurse Julie Huddleston was in on my procedure which made things all better😆 . Just saw my oncologist and she is postponing my chemo to next week just…
