Hey guys it’s been a while so I thought I would stop and give you all an update. As I may have mentioned before, I started a clinical trial drug last week. Before I started I got a CT scan just so we could have a clear base to see exact changes when I get scans around the end of August. What’s crazy is that there was only around 3 weeks since the scan before and my most recent scan showed growth in just those weeks!! My CEA had jumped to just below the highest ever. Cancer is so vicious…So I had a full week of just clinical trial pills that made me pretty sick then they added full chemo on Monday. Like last time I have to go home with a pump and I got that disconnected today. Since Monday, I have literally been in bed. Thank you to everyone who has reached out to check on me and probably hasn’t got a response…Im just really sick and functioning at a low pace. During all of this my husband has been solid and steady…we unfortunately lost his very dear grandmother suddenly and we are rattled with grief. These last few weeks have been trying as we have missed several events that were important to us due to me being down..Again thankyou for your support no matter how you show it we appreciate it! I will stop back in to catch everyone up on the latest soon💜
