Good evening!! Quick update.. This past week has been great! I had a few stomach and digestive issues but all in all I felt great! I got to go to the salon a couple of days…that was so wonderful I miss my job and Co workers so much and I got to see some of my “clients” which isn’t a true title because they are more like friends and family to me 💜 I also got to enjoy the fair with friends and family…it was sooo HOT so I had to do it in mini sessions but I got to go and a bonus got to see some familiar faces 💗 so to say the least I’m so blessed!
OK so on to this week I have a CT scan tomorrow to check and see what’s happening with my tumors..and Wednesday chemo ending with Fluids and Nausea meds Friday.. I choose to focus on the positive this week which is my little nugget Brenna turns 6 tomorrow!!! So after my scan, it’s a full day of celebrating!!
I need to give a shout out to all of those that donated their time in the blazing heat to work the fair parking…we are beyond thankful! Again also a huge thanks to all of you for the prayers meals and support I receive everyday! Brenna asked me the other day why people are donating all the time for “Jessica‘s Journey”? I told her because mommy is sick and my medicine is really expensive…she smiled and said mommy people are so nice and wonderful to you! She couldn’t be more right..I don’t know what we did to deserve all of this outpouring, but I can’t tell you how thankful we are!! It’s all still weird for my kids as they only know the basics, but it is truly a learning experience for them to see all of these good people among us!
